2023 is a special year for fans of Alice in Chains - not only because it marks the 35th anniversary of the band's founding. Germany's only Alice in Chains tribute band MUDDY SEWER was founded last year with fresh studio recordings of songs like WOULD?, THEM BONES & MAN IN THE BOX. The tribute band has set itself the goal of reproducing the sound of Alice in Chains and the 90s grunge atmosphere as close to the original as possible. So they practiced the songs of the legendary band in months of rehearsals and went down to the smallest detail. The result are authentic interpretations of the songs that transport the unmistakable flair of Alice in Chains. With Fabian Münch on vocals, they have found their Layne Staley, representing him with a wide vocal range as well as a very unique sound. The program includes classics from early EPs through to post Layne Staley's passing. First and foremost, Muddy Sewer are huge fans of the original and celebrate each number with absolute devotion.

Deutschlands bisher einzige Alice in Chains Tribute Band MUDDY SEWER hat im vergangenen Jahr mit frischen Studioaufnahmen von Songs wie WOULD?, THEM BONES & MAN IN THE BOX, gegründet. Die Tribute-Band hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, den Sound von Alice in Chains und die 90er Grunge Atmosphäre so originalgetreu wie möglich wiederzugeben. So haben sie sich in monatelangen Proben mit den Songs der legendären Band auseinandergesetzt und sind bis ins kleinste Detail gegangen. Das Ergebnis sind authentische Interpretationen der Songs, die das unverkennbare Flair von Alice in Chains transportieren. Mit Fabian Münch an den Vocals haben sie ihren Layne Staley gefunden, der die eigenwillige Klangfarbe und die Reichweite der Vocals würdevoll wiedergibt. Das Programm umfasst klassiker von frühen EPs, bis in die Zeit nach dem Ableben von Layne Staley. In erster Linie sind Muddy Sewer riesengroße Fans des Originals und zelebrieren jede Nummer mit absoluter Hingabe.
